Leave a message or send your email

Use the templates provided (linked at the top of the page) to easily leave a message or send your email. Simply fill in your name and your Senator's name.

Find their contact information

Find you Senator's contact information by going to https://www.senate.gov/states/statesmap.htm and selecting you state, then clicking contact under their picture. Tip: if you are a college student, you can contact Senators in both your home state and the state you are attending school in!

Decide whether to call or email your Senators

Calling you Senator is more effective, but an email is by far better than nothing at all! If you don't feel comfortable calling and leaving a message, and email is a great way to get your message heard!
